Seven Indian Army soldiers martyred in Kashmir, Amit Swami pays tribute

Amit Swami, National President of Youngmen’s Association of India, has condemned the terrorist attack on Indian Army soldiers in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. Five brave soldiers were martyred and five others were injured in the attack. The responsibility of the attack has been taken by the Pakistan-based banned organization Jaish-e-Mohammed’s affiliate, Kashmir Tigers.

 

Amit Swami has written a letter to the Defense Minister of India, Rajnath Singh, demanding that the army personnel deployed in Kashmir and other sensitive areas be equipped with modern weapons to counter such attacks.

 

Amit Swami paid tribute to the martyred soldiers at the association’s office in Auto Market, accompanied by office bearers and members. He observed a two-minute silence and hailed the soldiers as national heroes.

 

Others present on the occasion included Ishwar Pehlwan, Harichand Dahiya, Sonu Yadav, Laxmi Gupta, Paras Chaudhary, Gaurav Harit, Praveen Aggarwal, Suresh Kumar, Dharmveer Prateek Shekhawat, Sonu Gupta, and Shyam Lal Soni.
