“Second District Bench Press Competition to be held on August 24

The District Power Lifting Association will organize the second district bench press competition on August 24 at SET GYM, located on Garhi Bolni Road, near Manchanda Society. This was informed by Kiran Deep, President of the District Power Lifting Association, who said that the competition will feature sub-junior, junior, masters, and men’s and women’s categories in various weight groups, and winners will be awarded certificates and medals. Additionally, selections will be made for the state-level bench press competition to be held in Gurugram on September 7-8.

On August 24, the weight category of the players will be done from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Afterwards, Amit Swami, Director General of Asian Body Building and Physical Sports Federation and President of Gym Association, Rewari, will inaugurate the competition and encourage the winners by presenting them with certificates and medals.”
